Question 1

How does planning with Leapon work?

Accepted Answer

Tell us where and when you would like to travel, through a package enquiry or the custom trip builder. A planner who knows the region replies within a working day with a first draft, and we refine it together until it feels right.

Question 2

What does end to end travel management include?

Accepted Answer

Everything between your first message and your flight home: the itinerary, stays, private transport, permits, guides, experiences and on-trip support from a planner who knows the region. You travel; we handle the rest.

Question 3

Can I change a package?

Accepted Answer

Always. Every journey is a starting point: dates, pace, hotels and activities can all be adjusted, or we can build something entirely new.

Question 4

When is the best time to visit?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the region: Kashmir and Himachal are lovely in spring and autumn, Ladakh from June to September, Rajasthan and Kerala from October to March. Each destination page shows the ideal months.

Question 5

Do I need permits for Ladakh?

Accepted Answer

Some areas such as Nubra, Pangong and Hanle need an Inner Line Permit. We arrange permits for every Ladakh journey.

Question 6

Is travel insurance included?

Accepted Answer

Insurance is not included in our prices, but we strongly recommend it, especially for high-altitude and adventure journeys, and can point you to suitable cover.

Question 7

Can you help with accessibility needs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Let us know about mobility, dietary or other needs when you enquire and we will plan stays, transport and pacing around them.
