The desert type of climate is typical of Leh Ladakh with dry winds blowing throughout the day and summers being hot and humid. On your visit to Leh, you will face the cold desert climate, especially from October to March. In winters the temperatures are extreme in Leh, dipping below freezing point. However, winter days are sunny and bright. The lowest winter temperature recorded in Leh is around minus 23 degree Celsius. Mountaineers and trekkers enjoy the climate of Leh Ladakh to the fullest! Considering the extremities that you face here, make sure to carry winter shields, woolen wear and snow boots.

  • Day 1
    Leh

    • Arrival at Leh airport and transferred to the Hotel. Complete day for Acclimatize. Later evening visit to Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa. O/N Leh.

  • Day 2
    Leh - Lamayuru – Sham.

    • After breakfast drive to Lamayuru enroute visit Liker Monastery, Magnetic hill and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Lunch enroute, Post lunch drive to visit the mesmerizing Moon landscapes and the Lamayuru monastery. O/N Sham Valley.

  • Day 3
    Sham – Leh

    • After the Breakfast drive to Leh enroute visit Alchi monastery and Hall of Fame. Arrive at Leh by afternoon. O/N Leh.

  • Day 4
    Leh - Nubra Valley

    • After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World, 18,380 ft) post lunch, enjoy the camel safari at Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village. O/N Nubra Valley.

  • Day 5
    Nubra Valley – Leh.

    • After Breakfast visit Deskit Monastery (Big Buddha), where you can have a magnificent view of Nubra Valley and drive back to Leh by same Route, crossing Khardungla Pass. O/N Leh.

  • Day 6
    Leh - Pangong Lake.

    • After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft, 3rd Highest Motorable road in the world, Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Pangong Lake.

  • Day 7
    Pangong to Tsomoriri Lake.

    • Morning after breakfast drive to Tsomoriri Lake by passing Chushul. Arrival at Korzok village by noon, Evening take a walk around the Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. O/N Korzok.

  • Day 8
    Tsomoriri – Tsokar – Sarchu – Jispa.

    • Morning after breakfast leave to Jispa by passing Puga (Sulphur Mine), Tsokar Lake, Skyangchu Thang – Plateau on Stretch of 42 Kms, Enjoy your lunch at Pang, post lunch leave for Jispa by crossing Nakeela, Lachung La & Baralacha La (4845m) arrival at Jispa by late afternoon. O/N Jispa.

  • Day 9
    Jispa – Manali.

    • After the breakfast drive for Manali, a beautiful scenic drive in Lahaul Valley along with Bhaga & Chandra River, later cross Rohtang Pass, 13050 ft. Arrive Manali by noon. Journey ends here.

  • Day 10
    Leh - Pangong Lake

    • After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, through Changla Pass 17,350 ft, 3rd Highest Motorable road in the world, Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color changing lake and the sun set on the banks of lake. O/N Pangong Lake.

  • Day 11
    Pangong Lake to Tsomoriri Lake

    • Morning after breakfast drive to Tsomoriri Lake by passing Chushul. Arrival at Korzok village by noon, Evening take a walk around the Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. O/N Korzok.

  • Day 12
    Tsomoriri – Tsokar - Taglangla – Leh

    • Morning after breakfast leave to Leh passing Puga (Sulphur Mine), Tsokar Lake, Taklang La Pass 17,585ft, 2nd Highest motorable road in the world. Arrival at Leh by evening. O/N Leh.

  • Day 13
    Leh

    • Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.
